Very supportive and helpful staff, especially when people are in need. Paulina and Ivan did help and service was way beyond the expectations. Breakfast is rich, make sure that upon checking in you have it included. The staff are incredibly supportive and helpful especially when people are in need. Paulina and Ivan went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Breakfast is plentiful so make sure to check in and confirm it’s included. We booked this hotel last minute when our plans changed and lucked out! It's super comfortable and it smells good. The rooms are efficient but very well designed with lots of storage and even a Nespresso machine. The AC and WiFi worked well, and the hot shower was great. They even have a filtered water machine downstairs. Everyone we spoke to here was friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This was such an amazing hotel for our first time in Chile. It was quite central to everything including the trains. The front desk was so helpful, they spoke English and Spanish. They allow you store bags as you explore the city and also they have a great laundry and gym. Don’t forget your own detergent though. We really loved our room - it was safe, clean and came with a safe and coffee machine. I would stay here again 100%
