Food, drink and pool was great. Pillows were bad and the air condition smelt disgusting. The smell of smog and pollution came through our room. The filters need changing.

Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during check-in and throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, comfort, and excellent amenities for both short stays and overnight airport connections. I would definitely stay here again.

My mother stayed at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, with a beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The facilities are comfortable and welcoming. They offer a punctual transfer service, which made it very convenient for her to get to and from the airport. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The room was spotless: very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything listed in the booking. The staff’s service was exceptional, 10/10. I especially want to thanks Cristóbal, who answered my phone call the day before her arrival and patiently, respectfully, and professionally addressed all my questions, helping me clarify everything about the booking and the hotel’s services. We highly recommend this hotel, and my mother would definitely stay here again.
