We needed a place close to the airport. Even with the early check in, it was reasonable. Breakfast was still being served so nice perk after 15+ hour flights. The staff was amazing, roo s were comfortable, clean, and quiet. We ended up having drinks and a burger and everything was delicious. The next morning we had to leave before the breakfast was served so the had to-go bags for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean in the the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was a bit sparse but I expected that for a free breakfast at a low-priced hotel. The shower is a "water saver" so don't expect much pressure! No refrigerators in the rooms, but the staff kept my glaucoma eyedrops in the kitchen refrigerator. Overall, 4.5 stars!

got sent here by LATAM due to a flight delay & very pleasantly surprised. room service w/ the airline vouchers was open until 1am, chicken caesar was better than most hotel food in the US. buffet breakfast was a good spread. rooms are standard and comfortable. service was fast. not the worst place to be stuck

The staff member told me that the amount would be returned to my card later, so I trusted that explanation and did not pay much attention at the time. However, the staff also mentioned that if there was any problem receiving the money back, I should send an email to the hotel. I felt this was strange because my stay had already been fully paid through Trip.com, so I did not understand why my credit card would be charged. Later, I checked my bank account and found that the amount was not just a temporary hold, but an actual charge that has already been processed. This means I have now paid twice for the same stay. I have already contacted Trip.com and they are following up on this issue. I have also sent an email to the hotel but have not received a reply yet. Tonight I will be staying at the hotel again. I would like to clarify this issue and ensure that I wil
