Location does not feel safe, as I was expecting based on previous reviews. I did not feel comfortable walking outside at night. Be careful in the nearby market, someone tried to pickpocket us. Get an uber if you can. We were initially not happy with the cleanliness of the room, noticing a smell of smoke and also many hairs on the bedsheets. Once we told reception, no apology was given and they declined our request to change rooms. They agreed to change the bedsheets but afterwards, we realised they only changed the bottom sheet (others were still stained). The walls were very thin and loud music could be heard constantly from neighbours. More positively, being able to use the gym was fantastic and the breakfast was great too. The man at reception was welcoming upon arrival as well.

It is worthy of each of your penny. The room is spacious and clean for two people (over 30 square metres). The breakfast is very good regards to the rate of the hotel. The location is right in the city centre of SCL. You get free entrance to do workouts at the gym downstairs.

Look for High Wellness HW name on 2828 Romero Street. Libertad name is not visible at street level. Get on elevator on ground floor go to third floor (Button 3 in elevator needs label indicating Hotel). Hotel check-in lobby is on third floor. Rooms nice, buffet breakfast was great.
