Love both the hotel and the restaurant! Great views, easy to climb a couple of flights of stairs to the top of the hill, but also a great view from the room. Restaurant was top notch, for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here with our tour group on our way to and from the Falkland Islands, and it was a wonderful place to both gear up for our trip and unwind afterward. The rooms were exceptional—spotlessly clean and full of charming details in each themed space. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and always helpful. The restaurant is equally outstanding. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the fresh cod and the salad with crab and cheese foam were truly memorable. A+ all around—we couldn’t recommend it more.

A funky and artistic boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff offering uniquely decorated rooms with nice views that is close, but not too close, to the city centre. Best of all, the best restaurant in Puerto Natales is at the location which, although a bit pricey, offers a great variety of well prepared dishes, including a range of interesting options for your included breakfast. The only drawbacks were that our originally assigned room was on the small side, without much of a sitting area, and the wood floors were rather creaky, but you get used to this quickly. They were quite accommodating, moving us to a larger suite on a lower floor with a bigger sitting area when asked.
