One of the best hostels I stayed at. Felt just like home. Probably due to the small size you just get to know the people there way better.

Marisol and her team are just wonderful! They help you wherever they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hostel is really cozy, very clean and has a good atmosphere. The breakfast is homemade and just amazing!

Wonderful, clean, close to town, all of these and more accurately describe Hospedaje Magallanes. The hostal was very cosy, with clean bathrooms and rooms. The breakfast included homebread bread, jams, etc--delicious. And the hostesss, Marisol, is wonderful! She had useful tips, suggestions, and has created a home for travellers. The team also paused cleaning the common space or moving things around when they saw me working or on a meeting. It is comfortable for working with great internet. Highly recommend and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Punta Arenas.

Such a wonderful hostel! The owner is so friendly and dedicated to making sure everyone has a good experience. I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment in front of the hostel and it is lovely. It’s in a great location — very close to a grocery store and a short walk to the main city square — and personally felt like a great value.
