The hotel is in a nice area and works for a basic stay. That said, the rooms and facilities are quite dated, and breakfast starting at 7:30am makes it less convenient for travelers with early schedules. Fine for the price, but there is room to improve.

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. When I went out for lunch, I returned to find that £300 was missing from my suitcase. I reported this immediately to the reception. Unfortunately, they told me there was nothing they could do. When the police arrived, the hotel then claimed that the security cameras outside my room “were not working,” which was extremely concerning and made me feel completely unsafe. For a hotel to operate without functioning cameras is unacceptable. I informed the hotel and the police of my concern regarding a staff member, Johanes Erike, whom I believed might have been involved. However, the hotel still refused to take any responsibility or properly investigate the situation. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, unprotected, and unheard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects proper security or professional support ,,,, when serious issues occur ’m not “faking” anything. Cute boutique hotel. Nice outdoor seating and an excellent breakfast buffet with fresh juice and good coffee. The only thing I didn't like was that exactly 11:01am we got a call telling us that we needed to check out. Otherwise, great stay and a fantastic sleep.
