Me encanta este lugar. Tiene una propuesta de local simple, pero todo lo que ofrecen está muy bien hecho. Los rollos de canela son perfectos, el pan de masa madre y el café impecables. También he probado cheesecake, galletitas y otras cosas para llevar, y siempre te hacen quedar bien. Además, la atención es muy amable y cercana. PD: el negocio se especializa en masa madre y productos dulces. No cometa la ridiculez de entrar pidiendo productos sin gluten y sin azúcar.

Hoy pasé a este local con la intención de tomar el desayuno que ofrecen, el cual incluía café, té, jugo de naranja y paila de huevos. Por motivos médicos no puedo consumir azúcar ni gluten, por lo que, antes de sentarnos, quise hacer algunas consultas. Al ingresar saludé, pero no recibí respuesta; únicamente se nos preguntó si nos íbamos a sentar. Respondí que sí, pero que primero deseaba aclarar algunas dudas. Consulté si tenían alternativas sin gluten y se me indicó, de forma poco amable, que era un local de masa madre y que no disponían de ellas. Luego pregunté si el jugo de naranja tenía azúcar, a lo que nuevamente se me respondió de manera brusca que sí. Finalmente pregunté por la paila de huevos, ya que suelo llevar mi propio pan cuando no hay opciones aptas. Se me indicó que los huevos también tenían gluten, lo que me sorprendió, por lo que consulté cómo era posible. Se me explicó que era porque incluían pan. Pregunté entonces si se podía servir sin él, pero ante la forma de atención decidimos retirarnos y buscar otra alternativa. Lamento la experiencia, ya que siempre procuro ser respetuosa y cordial al dirigirme a las personas. Considero que una atención amable marca una g

Veníamos con hambre y nos pedimos. Una empanada napolitana muy rica y fresca y también una paila de huevo con pan, los panes muy ricos. Pagamos 10.000 por eso y además 2 aguas. Rico todo y buen precio y rápidos

Gran panadería para comprar pan de masa madre. Las composiciones del pan están señaladas, no es barato. Muy amable la atención.
