Ofrecen una empanada deliciosa. Para mi gusto de las top 3 mejores de Santiago. Lamentablemente, no dan ganas de comprar debido a la pésima atención en local. Trabajadoras que contestan mal, miran feo y se enojan por preguntar cosas que CUALQUIER consumidor tiene DERECHO a saber la respuesta. URGE capacitar al personal en servicio al cliente, o bien cambiarlo. Somos varios consumidores que tenemos la misma queja sobre la mala atención.

La Rosa Chica es una de esas panaderías que logran hacerse un nombre gracias a la calidad y constancia de lo que ofrecen. Ubicada en Vitacura, es un lugar de alta concurrencia, donde siempre se ve movimiento de clientes que llegan en busca de algo rico para llevar o para disfrutar en el momento. A pesar de esa gran afluencia, la atención es ágil y eficiente, lo que convierte la visita en una experiencia grata. El gran atractivo son sus empanadas, que destacan por ser sabrosas, con rellenos bien preparados y abundantes. Son contundentes, de esas que realmente dejan satisfecho y que se disfrutan hasta el último bocado. La masa está bien lograda, ni demasiado gruesa ni demasiado delgada, lo que las convierte en una opción segura ya sea para una comida rápida o para compartir. Otro punto fuerte es el pan, siempre fresco, de muy buena calidad y con ese aroma característico que invita a llevar más de lo que uno tenía pensado. Además, cuentan con una amplia gama de productos dulces y de pastelería, lo que hace que sea una panadería bastante completa, capaz de cubrir distintos antojos y necesidades.
