A wonderful café in authentic Austrian style! We came here mainly to try their desserts — although they do have a full food menu, that doesn’t seem to be their strongest side. But the desserts are truly amazing, with an impressive variety — from simple cookies and muffins to cheesecakes, cakes, and pastries. We even tried a poppy seed cheesecake! Guests come both to enjoy desserts on the spot and to take them away. We visited on a Monday around 5–6 PM, and the place was full — both inside and on the terraces. There were plenty of waiters, all working quickly and efficiently, with great service overall. The interior feels typically Austrian — a real little corner of Austria in Chile.

Feels like an island in Santiago. A gem of nice service, great pastries and food. People of all ages come to enjoy the ambiance and quality. I will definitely come back.

I had lunch here three times during my week in Santiago. Two sandwiches, the standout was the beef and avocado and a chicken caesar salad. All were excellent. The cakes were also great. Service is not fussy and the food comes to the table fairly quickly which is ideal at lunchtime.
