Very nice european-style menu with different options for either brunch, lunch and dinner. The place looks like they put some thought into it. Also, really great service from Hebert!

All good! I informed them in advance that this was a lunch meeting and that I only had one hour available. They took great care of this request and worked in perfect coordination to make it happen. Many thanks to all the staff! On top of that, the food was really, really good — salmon with vegetables and purée.

Place is really pretty. Service was average. We asked for a bottle of water three times to three different people. It was like they didn’t write the order. Service staff were nice. I wouldn’t recommend the food. I don’t believe you get what you pay for. I definitely do not recommend the scramble eggs. The portion was small and it didn’t match what we saw on the social media post. No flavor of the truffle either. The bread was also lesser as what they advertised on social media pictures. The Benedict eggs were better than the scramble eggs. The bread was okay for this dish but not tasty. The temperature of the egg was good. The avocado was good. The ham was salty. I didn’t asked for dessert because I was afraid of being disappointed so I cannot review any of them. I won’t be returning but I do hope they invest in improving their options for the brunch. I don’t know if the other options are better (lunch/dinner) I hope you have a better experience than I did.

This restaurant, Lumiere Bistro,is a must if you are in Santiago. Although it just opened a couple of weeks ago, they seem to have ironed out all of the details that typically accompany a new restaurant. They are located just past Americo Vespucio as you are driving up on Apoquindo, on the right hand side. It’s impossible to miss as it’s a beautiful white building. If you go at night, the illumination is spectacular. You can’t miss it. The interior decor is very classy, but simple. The restaurant is named after the Lumière brothers, Auguste Marie Louis Nicolas Lumière and Louis Jean Lumière, who were French manufacturers of photography equipment. The decor is reminiscent of a typical French bistro. The food is incredibly good, presented with great attention to detail. I had the opportunity to taste several appetizers, main courses and desserts. All were great… Their Shrimp Cocktail is very different from the typical American version that uses “canned” sauces… Their sauce is truly outstanding. Their cuts of meat are first class as are the desserts. What also makes a good restaurant is also the service. The waiters are incredible friendly and accommodating. In my case, Jason
