A true gem of Valparaíso: the hostel is located in a beautiful old house full of artistic details. I was delighted to find that it’s just a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal, with supermarkets only 5 minutes away and the main tourist attractions very close by (everything within walking distance). From the very first moment, I felt at home thanks to the warm welcome from the kind owner and the entire team. I should also add that inside the hostel there is a newly opened café where they serve delicious coffee and exquisite desserts (I recommend the cheesecake!). It’s perfect for breakfast or to wind down in the afternoon after walking around Valparaíso. They also offer bicycle rentals, which are ideal for exploring the city’s beautiful coastline. Without a doubt, a hostel I highly recommend and will definitely return to! I really enjoyed my stay in Nomada Eco Hostel!

This Hostel is very beautiful and clean. The room was sunny and big. The kitchen always clean and in order. There is a wonderful terrace to stay with people to talk. And the mood was fantastic. There was also a good cafeteria inside with the best cappuccino of my trip in south of America (i'm italian). The position was good too, nearby the metro to go to Viña del Mar. The staff was friendly, gentle and helpful. They organize things to go out at night. Was so funny and good. My best stay in Chile. +++ Love you guys.

They moved all of my things to a different room without consulting me first, touching my personal items and opening zippers to put things inside my backpack. “They felt it was the best decision” because they had a large group that needed the eight bed room. I find this a complete violation and very inappropriate. Everyone at the hostel seems nice and apologetic but also apathetic. The room also did not lock and the lockers were too small to fit a backpack inside. I would not return here and am distressed about how the staff view privacy.
