Mi experiencia con esta notaría fue muy decepcionante. Participé en un proceso relacionado con una asesoría inmobiliaria que finalmente no se concretó, y me llamó la atención que la notaría protocolizara contratos que incluían cláusulas que, a mi juicio, limitan excesivamente los derechos de los clientes para reclamar o emprender acciones legales. Considero que las personas deberían revisar cuidadosamente toda la documentación antes de firmar y buscar asesoría independiente si tienen dudas. En mi caso, la experiencia me dejó una sensación de poca protección para quienes confían de buena fe en este tipo de operaciones. (Wolv broker )

La semana recien pasada, acompañe a mi mamá (adulta mayor) a realizar un trámite en esta notaría. Si bien, todas las personas que trabajan en este lugar fueron muy amables y atentos, quiero expresar mi especial agradecimiento a Doña Patricia Martínez, quien nos atendió muy bien, muy clara en sus explicaciones, muy amable y preocupada.
