The service was utterly slow. After a long wait I was served the rawest chicken I’d ever seen. They apologised and served me another slightly less raw chicken afterwards. The chicken ended up on my bill with a request for a tip. Quite expensive as well.

Excellent food and service - generous portions for cheap price. We spent 33,000 CLP for two and had leftovers! Highly recommend the lamb ribs and the soup was amazing

Came to Pt. Natales on two different nights and dined here on both occasions. Great Pampa burger with churasco. Super tasty with homemade fries. Beer is a bit pricey but overall it was great both times.

We came here for dinner but the service was terrible. No one came to our table for more than 15 minutes. After we went to check again at the reception, we were told only buffet was available but then we saw other people were being served food other than the buffet. But we also noticed that we were not the only ones who had to wait an extremely long amount of time, there was one lady sitting next to us who was waiting before we arrived and didn’t get her food by the time we were leaving. Also to add the buffet was bad and half of the items were not getting filled. Would definitely not recommend this place. After coming home, I noticed that other people had also complained about the food and service.

We arrived Puerto Natales around 4pm (some restaurants are yet open) and were happy to find this cozy and comfortable place. The staff is nice and we ordered roasted meat/veggies/seafood were tender and juicy. My friend and I enjoyed a chilled early dinner there :)
