Es una de las panaderías de barrio más destacadas de la comuna. Tres factores a considerar: tradición, crujiencia y sabor. Destaco que la panadería abre a las 8 am, por si quiere acompañar desde temprano su desayuno. Su fragancia cuando están horneando el pan se puede sentir a varias cuadras a la redonda. Ya te invita a disfrutar el sabor de una panadería de barrio. Marraquetas con un sabor único y que es una delicia al paladar, al untar la mantequilla con la crujencia del pan, combina un sabor agradable al paladar. Amplia gama de abarrotes, empanadas, galletas, fiambrería, quesería, dulces y bebidas. Esta panadería es relativamente económica, pero vale la pena comprar la marraqueta, hallulla y panes especiales que ofrece la panadería. En hora peak, la panadería se llena y se debe hacer fila para pagar. Los medios de pago son efectivo o máquina de pago vía tarjeta bancaria. Mi única crítica que ambos panes, tanto la marraqueta como la hallulla, al otro día pueden estar más duras que cuando salieron con su frescor. Mejoraría aquel punto. Panadería recomendable por su sabor, calidad y tradición en la comuna de La Florida.
