La mejor torta de moca que hemos probado!!! la comparamos para el cumpleaños de mi abuelita y le encantó!!! muy hermosa decorada y contundente

En mi familia era una tradicion comprar esta torta (abuelos, padres e hijos), la compre y definitivamente es otra torta, no se parece en nada a la receta original. No encontre las almendras, habia una sola capa de manjar, el huevo mol tampoco lo encontre, no habia crocancia (tenia una textura parecida al panqueque), es practicamente una torta de crema sin sabor. Una pena... pero leyendo comentarios de otras personas me doy cuenta que no soy el unico, deberian quizas revisar la receta original y leer y escuchar los comentarios de los clientes, ojala vuelvan a lo que alguna vez fue. Agrego dos fotos una de su pagina web y la otra de mi torta, dos tortas completamente distintas.

Compré una torta en este local, les dije expresamente que dijera “Feliz cumpleaños xxx”, cuando me la trajeron a la casa la torta venía en blanco, una pena. Ahí faltò profesionalismo y unas clases de atención al cliente, malo el servicio.

Torta de muy mala calidad, no la entregan en caja, solo la envuelven en un papel kraft y con una cuerda(lo que ya hacia presagiar nada bueno). En mi caso la torta debió ser de días, ya que la crema estaba "quebrajada"(me la pasaron envuelta, por eso no me di cuenta hasta llegar a casa), sin contar que le hizo mal a mi hijo y a mi señora (reflujo). Primera y última vez que compro acá, caro y malo, si quiere comprar una torta pompadour de calidad, definitivamente este no es el lugar. En Facebook e instagram borran los comentarios negativos, por eso cuando encontré esta pastelería casi solo tenían comentarios positivos.

Tenemos una tradición familiar de comprar está torta para los cumpleaños, incluso llegamos a conocer a la abuelita que hacía estás maravillosas tortas hace mucho tiempo atrás me encanta ese ambiente familiar y hogareño que aún mantiene. Excelente atención al retirar los pedidos. La mejor torta de crema que se puede probar 100 % recomendada !
