El origen de Condi se remonta a 1939, donde Michael Kurasz proveniente de Polonia inicia la tradición de nuestra Pastelería en Chile, rescatando sus raíces gastronómicas centroeuropeas, donde sus secretos, especialmente en la cocina, fueron transmitidos de generación en generación para que su pastelería y cafetería continúe viviendo hasta hoy.
