The service by Juan was amazing. Very thoughtful and caring. At the restaurant I probably had the best meal of my time in Punta Arenas. Amazing! I also ordered an Austral Calafate beer and enjoyed very much. And i didn't even mention the place and decoration, which was incredible. I'd absolutely come back and reccomend to everyone.

Food is good, cocktails are great, service is ok, however i had to get their attention for a second drink and dessert menu. Automatic 20% tip is a bit cheeky. Maybe for a group of 4+ but for a solo person, it would have been nice to have the option to choose the tip amount. Most resturants have the option to choose on the card machine but this place is an automatic customary 20% that i find very rude. Especially when the service is not exceptional.

Had a very nice dinner here. Service was great and the vibe of the place is really nice. Empanadas were excellent, mains were ok but would probably try something different if we went back.

Love love love this place! The ambiance of this restaurant is lovely. Castle feel, surrounded by stone as you’re taken into an underground experience. Charming and romantic .. the food was superb. The staff was very friendly and offered great service. The drinks were yummy too! I highly recommend this restaurant for an evening out. Be sure to enjoy your time here and don’t rush it. It’s truly one-of-a-kind!

One of the most popular restaurants in Punta Arenas where people are waiting in the lobby for a spot. For good reason too! The atmosphere is great, it's a bustling and semi chaotic restaurant that gives off a really warm vibe. Full of locals and tourists alike so that's a good sign. The food was great! I had a lamb shank which was cooked perfectly. Combined with the gnocchi it was a hefty dish but very lovely. My friend ordered the skirt steak with fries and it was cooked great with a good salty taste to it. The staff is amazingly quick, professional and lovely. We had a great time and our waiter definitely added to that experience. The facilities are very clean and have a great look that fits the interior design. The whole experience was lovely and I definitely recommend you visiting this place! I'd give it a 4.6⭐
