Persona que entrega las tortas un mal educado. Pésimo trato, grosero. Una lasitma que por tantos años uno tenga una buena experiencia y por una persona una decida no volver a ir. Eso si las tortas siguen buenas

Ya no es como antes, cambiaron el manjar y tambien a la persona que entrega el pedido. Hoy 30 de abril la persona le dijo a mi señora "no diga tonteras" todo porque ella encontró un poco chica la caja. Recuerdo que antes habia un cabellero en todo el sentido de la palabra. Una lastima lo ocurrido. A futuro compraremos en otro lado.

Lamentable la pésima atención del supuesto "Nuevo DUEÑO" quien jamás lo ha sido. Juan Pablo (dueño) y su familia, por más de 40 años nos a brindado una excelente atención a mí, mi familia y amigos. Lamentablemente tienen a este tipo Cristián García que es un arrogante, déspota y mal educado atendiendo a los clientes. Pueden ser buenos productos, pero no voy a comprar donde me tratan mal. Existen alternativas por mejores servicios.

Hace unos 3 años que no compraba por estar fuera del país, casi lo único que extrañaba donde estaba eran las tortas de La Serena. Para mi cumpleaños hace unos días, contacté y compré la tradicional, como siempre, exquisita. Lo mejor de Santiago en milhojas, lejos.
