This place is a joke and not a pleasant one. Very slow service at the reception (they could not even handle the payment correctly), no warm water (at 10pm they said it would take at least one hour to get it started), water leakage that we had to call the reception to stop, once we finally could shower there was a small swimming pool under our feet. At this point we had already decided to leave, but unfortunately it was too late to find another place. So we had a uncomfortable night there that ended at 5.30am with people yelling at the reception - I went there to request some respect, but to no avail. Furthermore, although being at a central location, employees told us to not walk around after the sunset as it could be dangerous. Avoid this place at all! Update: we went for a walk in the morning before checking out and came back to the hotel only to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to open the door. Once inside, we found out they took our towels before our checkout.
