During my trip to Patagonia, I spent a night in Punta Arenas and carefully selected a restaurant. The food at Aima both the seafood and the meat was excellent, and the overall quality of the restaurant was top notch.

The restaurant has great potential. The locale is very nice and stylish and standard dishes like fresh seafood, starters or fish are good. On the other hand… - service staff is reactive and never there for customer (even if 3 of them are serving 6 tables) - wrong utensils for the dishes, removing plates while people at the table still eating or waiting for food, not checking in whether the food is fine, when there are complaints about the food, disappearing without feedback, never asking whether guests need more water, drinks, desert… - the chef should stay away from cooking steak. Or cross the border to neighboring country for a cooking class

I stayed in the town for 3 days, this is the best restaurant I ever met here. Interior decorating is well designed and well maintained. Food is excellent, especially the smoked fish, amazing quality. Service is great. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Loved everything! We did not reserve a table but apparently it’s a very popular place so we ended up having dinner at the bar. The bartender Jovan spoke English very well and was extremely welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious. Lamb chop was the best we’ve had. Oysters and clams were very fresh. Two thumbs up!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The variety of dishes and surprsing combinations make it stand out from all the other options in Punta Arenas. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved it so much, we went for two nights in a row. A very recommended experience!
