We had a lovely time here for our last night in Santiago. They had some delicious and inventive Easter cocktails, including a sort of carrot margarita and a chocolate egg whisky cocktail. All 5 cocktails we ordered were inventive and balanced. The food was also very tasty - the pepper that comes with the fried chicken is spicy, as warned. Thank you to Benjamin and Eduardo and the rest of the team for the excellent hospitality.

It's a cool place with nice staff. I don't think prices are as crazy as some other people have said. I got 4 different cocktails; they were ok, a little one note and not that balanced. I also ordered the Los Pollitos Dicen dish. It's kind of a sweet and sour chicken. It was sweet, very sweet, insanely sweet. I ordered some hot sauce and salt just to try and kill the sweetness a bit. This place is just OK.

The bartenders were really funny and great to chat with. There is an extensive list of amazing cocktails and the vibe inside at the bar was exactly what we were looking for!

I honestly do not know what people expect from places if this is a 4.3 bar for them. I've had not so good experiences on this trip, but La Providencia was definitely not one of them. The place has a fantastic atmosphere, all staff is really friendly, they all make you feel good and welcome. Kudos to bartenders, they are amazing and they do not hesitate to give you recommendations. Cocktails are really good, the stars for me were Gin Butterfly and Pichunchillo, both tasty and creative. Truffle fries are tasty and crispy. I 100% recommend this place, of course it gets packed and you have to wait if you go on prime time, but that's a staple of their quality. Best bar in Santiago.

Really nice atmosphere and they go the extra mile on the presentation of food and drinks. It's definitely worth the splurge if you want a unique experience. For food I'd recommend the tentación de hojandre or entraña
