Very nice cafe, with a nice menu. Only regret that the (cat) manager was sleeping and couldn’t be seen.

Very disappointing experience. The prices are extremely high for what you get ( essentially expensive coffee water and tea) but the worst part was the atmosphere. The owner kept coming to our table repeatedly, pressuring us to order more drinks. It made us feel uncomfortable and rushed, as if simply sitting and enjoying what we had already paid for was not acceptable. A café should be a place to relax, not somewhere where you feel watched and pushed to consume more. Because of this constant pressure and the poor value for money, I would not recommend this place.

Very expensive tea for 4 euros. And the owner tries to kick you out when your tea finishes, she was very mean and she constantly tried to make us uncomfortable so that we would leave. She then made up a rule that laptops are not acceptable in this cafe. That kind of an experience…

Good coffee and hot chocolate and a great view of Punta Arenas. Staff were ok - just served the food. It was also well decorated for Halloween too.
