Pésimo servicio. Es segunda vez que llamo para solicitar un gasfiter y en ambas ocasiones la persona que contesta el teléfono responde pésimo y no da soluciones al retraso del gasfiter. Juegan con el tiempo de las personas. Hoy, en estos momentos, mi pareja se encuentra esperando a un gasfiter, que no se presentó y dijo que llamó en reiteradas oportunidades y el número arrojaba buzón de voz. Información totalmente falsa, ya que jamás recibimos un llamado del Gasfiter, más si de la persona que trabaja en casa portales para avisarnos que el gasfiter llamaba y nosotros no contestábamos… raro no? De ser así, tampoco le hubiésemos contestado el llamado a ella. Los profesionales que trabajan ahí puede. Ser buenos, pero cuando el trato al cliente es TAN MALO uno no vuelve a solicitar sus servicios. No confíen en este lugar.

Yo fui a buscar un gasfiter, me cobraron 10.000 por la primera visita y en la segunda visita me cobraron 25.000 por colocar un monomando (sólo mano de obra, yo compré el monomando), puedes pedir hora por teléfono porque siempre responden, también tienes la opción de que ellos pongan los materiales o los puedes comprar en otra parte. El trabajo se realizó el día y en el horario acordado. Fue una buena experiencia, recomiendo el servicio de gasfitería.

Buena atención rapidez, por la pandemia en fase uno está abierto de 9am a 6pm y sábados y domingos cerrado..
