Muy mala experiencia con el e_comerce, compramos tiradores y nos mandaron un correo que el pedido estaba listo. Retiré hoy el joven de despacho me dice que faltan unidades. Revisé y no sólo faltaban, además había unidades que no correspondían. Hice la nota de crédito y más encima me dicen que se demora siete días la devolución del dinero, es decir no puedo contar con el dinero para comprar lo que ellos mismos no me entregaron. No revisan stock y son desprolijos para separar los productos, no es un verdadero e_comerce

Pésima experiencia con el despacho de productos "frágiles", las personas encargadas de la entrega me dejaron las puertas de vidrios rotas y como los vidrios NO TIENEN GARANTÍA perdí todo mi dinero. Mande correo, llame y hasta fui dos veces a la tienda, pero para ellos con solo una respuesta por correo cerraran el caso sin tomarse la molestia de averiguar que paso. No compro nunca más.
