Fui a un examen de vista. Respecto al valor no es más económico que el servicio que presta una óptica . En relación a la atención, esta fue significativamente deficiente ; tengo lentes por 40 años y jamás me habían atendido tan mal. El examen en si fue una pérdida de tiempo y una gran molestia , preferi pedidir una segunda opinión , esta fue la mejor decisión ya que la receta no estaba del todo bien. Definitivamente no regresaría.

pésima la atención de la SECRETARIA, llevo 4 días tratando de saber informacion del centro y de agendar una cita y no responden o no completan la confirmación de la cita. llamo y no responden y si lo hacen dicen distinta información por vía telefónica y por WhatsApp. Fui presencialmente a atenderme y cuando fui a pagar no aceptan pago de debito(??? siendo que pedí información de como trabaja el centro y jamás especificaron eso.

Mala atención, con sus horarios. Si la profesional no te puede atender, te van a re agendar nuevamente, pero como para dos semanas más. Y nadie te asegura que te vayan atender. No los recomiendo. No pierdan su tiempo.
