"Kölka es una palabra que proviene del Mapudungún y significa "trago", tiene su respectivo verbo kölkan el cual significa "tragar un líquido."

Nuestra Cervecería nace el año 2008 como un hobby, y con el tiempo se ha ido consolidando como un emprendimiento que sigue creciendo a paso firme.
