Una semana tratando de sacar hora y cuando estan a punto de atenderme me cortan me quedo mas de una hora en la llamada para que me corten que falta de respeto... El personal esta incapacitado para atender la comuna.

Siempre que hago llamadas al consultorio para sacar hora llamo a las 8 de la mañana en punto y siempre sale que soy la número arriba de 40 como hoy acabo de llamar día 31 de enero 2025 llame.me dicen que soy número 48 no importa ESPERE. Cosa que llego a la número 15 me cuelgan deseo llamar inmediatamente y me sale que soy la número 64

Muy mala la atención no una buena información..perdí dos consultas.. sin averme llamado. Ya que estaba una ora antes de previsto la consulta. Esto de Fonasa no sirve y mucho descuento en las liquidaciones..🤦🏽

Este centro de atención tiene pésimo trato al paciente y sus acompañantes, no responden al teléfono para solicitar horas y cuando lo hacen dicen que está todo copado. Una de las matronas es pésima profesional y demuestra cero empatía con las personas, atiende en un box habilitado para 4 personas pero no permite el ingreso de acompañante (siendo que hoy viernes 4 de marzo de 2022 nos encontramos en fase 4 del plan paso a paso). Además está misma mujer no permitió el ingreso del coche al box dejándolo afuera sin importar que pudiese sufrir algún robo! Este Cesfam es una burla, se encuentra sucio, mal pintado, algunos profesionales como está matrona son incompetentes y la gente es arrogante! Una lastima que el dinero público se malgaste en personal poco capacitado para trabajar con la familia.
