Wow! Communicated in a panic from the airport in Santiago. All comms via WhatsApp and offered an appointment at 18:00 that day. The dentist was clear and checked my understanding via a translator service online. The dental surgery was clean and all staff polite and efficient. No one wants to be ill abroad but abscess dealt with and more swiftly than at home (UK and private). Thank you team. Impressive!

I was seen by Dr. Nicole Arroyo Carrasco. I made an appointment using Whatsapp and google translator from NYC , JFK airport. I had a large piece of a lower rear tooth break off and was on my way to a one week trip in Antarctica. Fearing problems and no access to care I had to get this fixed. I was able to make a confirmed appointment in the early evening. The practice is modern and with a busy waiting room. Fixed my tooth with restorative resin which continues to be going well two weeks later and may last for a long time before needing a permanent cap. Back home in USA now. VERY HIGHLY recommend both the treatment I received and the emergency appointment. I cannot express my appreciation enough! Thank you Dr Arroyo Carrasco from Vincent Fasanello, M.D.
