I had a great experience at Clínica Dental Natales and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone visiting Puerto Natales who unexpectedly needs a dentist. I went in because I was experiencing pain in a tooth where I had recently had a crown fitted. We simply walked into the clinic without an appointment, and they were able to see me straight away. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and reassuring. They examined the tooth and took X-rays to check what was going on. The X-rays cost only 10,000 Chilean pesos, which I found very reasonable, and they took the time to explain clearly what they could see and what I should do next. I really appreciated how kind and supportive everyone was, particularly when dealing with a dental problem while travelling abroad. Excellent service and a very positive experience. Thank you so much to the whole team! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience where they fitted me in at the last minute and helped me with pre-hike toothache. Very reasonable pricing and very kind staff. I'd recommend them to everyone!

I'm an italian tourist, and I came to Clinica Dental Natales in August 2019, in an evening urgency, because a filling on one of my front tooth had broken. Even if it was already late they gave me an "appointment" in less than a hour and Dr. Maria Josè Cèspedes Barrientos perfectly reconstructed my tooth, solving a problem that could potentially have a bad impact on my holidays. When I came home, after 10 days, I checked everything with my dentist, that is also an university professor in Italy, and is known to be very meticulous. He confirmed the good work made by the Chilean collegue. So I absolutely reccomend this Clinic, especially to other tourists that can unfortunately have some kind of unlucky accidents while travelling. Finally they was also so kind to provide me a certification for my travel insurance, that helped me in successfully apply for a full refund.
