I never return to the same places when I travel, but we went back to El Brisket 4x bc of how good everything was!!!! 1. Food- We tried the Ceviche, Brisket, Guanaco, Pizza, and I don’t know which one is my favorite bc everything was AMAZING!! I know everyone says this in their reviews, but I swear by this as a picky Asian person. All dishes have the freshest ingredients and you know how the taste and recipe are well studied and tested out bc of how balanced everything was. I also cook so I notice the details. 2. Desserts- It’s a Brisket place but they have the best desserts I have tried in the whole South America. I have tried their Cookies (Double chocolate is my fave), all 3 chocolate deserrts, and pistacio cheesecake. Btw we were just 2 pax, but I mean it when we really went back a lot bc it was so good. 3. Drinks- They have the best machines and barista. Both their juices and coffees are well thought of. I tried their Calafate lemon and it was so good! My friend went back a lot for their coffee. They even use a very rare but very good Oat milk that my friend had a hard time finding. Matcha was really good too! Close to the one I really like from Japan. 4. Service- So so fas

A great spot for breakfast or brunch. The portions are generous and the food is very flavorful. Their specialty, brisket, might sound unusual for breakfast, but it was well-prepared and a satisfying start to the day. The atmosphere was warm and calm, ideal for a relaxed morning. The coffee was well-made, and while we didn’t try the desserts, they looked very appealing. Service was attentive throughout the visit.

We enjoyed El Brisket overall and would go back. The service wasn’t that great, but when they brought my salmon out and it was still pretty raw they happily took it back and cooked it. The bread they brought out to start was slightly burnt but still decent. The brisket was good, the coleslaw that came with it was not.

I didn’t have very high expectations when walking into this place around 4 pm today. Honestly, everything exceeded them: the food and drinks were incredible, the service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance was casual yet elegant with such a relaxing vibe. The decadent dessert selection absolutely blew my mind. I can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I are here two nights in a row and it was fabulous. I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu but the first night I had the salmon and she had the pumpkin soup and chicken followed up with a tiramisu tart and a raspberry lemon tart. The next night I had the brisket and she had the Hawaiian pizza. The food presentation was fabulous!
