Soy clienta antigua de Estetica Eve (hace 8 años aprox.) si bien nunca antes tuve un problema, en la última sesión me lleve un gran susto.Me hice una limpieza facial profunda pero pasaron el peeling ultrasónico SIN mi consentimiento.(Yo solo pedi limpieza facial profunda con altafrecuencia, que es lo que me hago siempre) y al tener la piel sensible mi cara reacciono muy mal quedando roja y sensible muchos dias después.Sentía la cara tirante y ardiente los dias siguientes, claramente irritada con la sensación de estar quemada por el sol tirante y se despellejo mi nariz.Me dolia hasta apoyarme en la almohada para domir.Si eso no es quemadura no se que sera...Encima estamos en verano asi tuve que extremar las medidas de cuidado con el sol. ( no me dieron cuidados post limpieza ni recomendaciones ni nada.)Al reclamar se me reembolso el valor de la atención pero la verdad esperaba mas amabilidad y comprension al darme las explicaciones. En lugar de esto se me hizo el comentario de que "atendían a personas más blancas que yo...extranjeras". Comentario que encontre absolutamente fuera de lugar. Además yo extremo los cuidados de mi cutis asi que puedo tener la piel mas sensible y delicad

Es un lugar acogedor, higiénico y profesional. Durante 5 años he utilizado su depilación y jamás alguna quemadura o infección. He regalo gift card de manicure, perfilado de cejas y masajes y siempre ha sido excelente atención logrando un estupendo regalo. 100% recomendable.

Very clean and comfortable space! Both times I’ve been here, I’ve felt super at ease and had a great experience. Can’t recommend this place enough and will always come back when I’m in Santiago.

I had a great experience here! I had both a facial and a wax and both were the best I've ever had, especially in my time in Chile. Eve was great and made the entire experience comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Santiago.
