Definitely a highlight of our short stay in Santiago. The food is good and also on a more expensive side. We went without reservation at 7pm and got an outside table. But we could see the place getting packed by 7:30-8pm. We ordered cold starters like usuzukuri truffle salmon ( yum), clam shot ( yum) hot starters like lamb gyozas with foie gras (pretty good), agedashi tofu ( not exactly my fav), yoda makimono roll ( very unique and tasty) and oyster caviar ( tasty, but I have had better oyster) and creamy sesame, hazelnut and miso dessert ( yum!) I would say great enjoyable experience but be prepared to shell out some money!

Fukasawa is an outstanding Nikkei restaurant. The quality was exceptional across the board—the sashimi, especially the toro and salmon, was top-notch. My Chilean friends say it’s the best Nikkei spot in Chile, and I can see why. I went for lunch and tried several dishes, with the sea urchin shot standing out as a real highlight—absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is great too, with cool music on the rooftop of a stylish boutique mall
