Staff that work in the restaurant were rude and disrespectful, place looks like it hasn't been updated since 1978. After Latam overbooked my flight, I expected some sort of understanding and respect from staff at the hotel we are forced to be by the airline. The receptionist was nice, but the blonde lady in the restaurant was the worst!!! If you're an English speaker DO NOT STAY HERE! Update: Food is also terrible, bland/unseasoned and over cooked. And the "salad" is just Lettuce and half a tomato.

The staff at Diego exhibited remarkable attentiveness and warm hospitality. From the moment of check-in and throughout our entire stay, we experienced a truly delightful visit. I would strongly suggest considering an upgrade to your room category. The accommodations were impeccably clean, generously spacious, and exceedingly comfortable. The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality. Our stay at this hotel was undeniably splendid and unforgettable, and I wholeheartedly endorse your decision to pay it a visit.
