Extremely overpriced dinner with no vegetarian options except rice and salad. The hotel is located one street away from homeless avenue, not quite the safest but thankfully the hotel is secured itself. The showers were not clean unfortunately you could tell it was old and used.

Not a great experience. I booked through booking.com and tried to adjust the booked and everything went wrong from there and even though I contacted them a couple of times, no one ever responded. The location didn’t seem to be a great location with lots of interesting people around. The room was quite small and the same goes for the bathroom. They did make a difference in price if you are a foreigner and have a PDI slip or not. I understand how hotels can do that in Chile but this was the only one during our entire three weeks in Chile. They offered dinner for $15 but it was so not worth the money with barely any vegetarian options available. Breakfast was included but also meh. Wouldn’t come back here.

This is a good, economical hotel in a really cool part of Calama. For about $40 USD per night, you get a good Ibis Budget feel with a great area downstairs full of massive tables for working. No problem with the wifi, and the rooms have a fan and heating installed. The location is great—a little sketch but super lively, close to shopping and supermarkets. The parking is safe and inside a gated area that’s easy to park. a good motorcycle shop is a few blocks away.

Outstanding hotel in the centre of Calama. It looks brandnew, the rooms are well equipped, there is even a heating that is integrated in a something that looks like a picture-very impressive. The restaurant/cantine is spaciouss, the food is good and comes in a big variety. Before we arrived to Calama we were told by several people individually that it's rather dangerous with lots of crime related to drugs and unemployment outside of the mining sector. The hotel felt like our safe space and we very happy to have both our dinner and breakfast in the cantine before leaving for Uyuni. Money for value for amazing. Thanks for having us.
