Great central location walkable to both bus terminal and train station. Friendly helpful staff, large bedrooms with all amenities and good breakfast choices.

Excelent hotel located within walking distance of the train station and Plaza de Armas. The included breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit and delicious house made pastries. In the evening, we ordered a Charcuterie board that surpassed expectation. The service was impeccable with very friendly and accommodating staff. We want to thank Catalina, Gabriela, Marcelo and Dayanne in particular. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and was well appointed. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will not hesitate to return when in Chillan again.

Good place for short stay. Standard service of this hotel chain. Pool, sauna, gym, good breakfest. Even though we put a sign on the door saying we didn't want cleaning, our room was cleaned, strange. Recommendations for improvement: include vegetables in breakfast and consider purchasing a base heater
