The hotel is excellent overall. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and kind. One of the best places I have stayed at in urban Chile. The breakfast had a few issues though: • Eggs were cold by 8am both mornings. They prepare a fresh batch each day but leave it sitting in the buffet tray all day. Suggestion: Make eggs to order on weekdays when there are fewer guests. • Fruit was fresh and juicy the first morning but sour the second. It seems they reuse uneaten fruit. Suggestion: Use smaller portions daily and discard any leftovers at the end of service. • Pastries were soggy and appeared to be leftovers from previous days. I could not eat them. Suggestion: only serve fresh pastries. Everything else was great: hot coffee, fresh cold cuts, bread, and properly chilled yogurt. The staff here go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. Would gladly stay again.
