Beautiful hotel with an incredible landscape, pool and nice comfortable rooms. Not a place to stay if you are only taking tours from Puerto Natales, as its 30 mins aways from car. Also breakfast boxes are really bad and serve kids menus, even though non of us are kids. Service could be better, as they would only allow maximum at 9:30pm dinner and no wifi on rooms.

A beautiful location. Amazing sunrise. Lovely staff - so helpful. Breakfast included. Fresh scrambled eggs and a nice breakfast bar. Indoor pool with 2 saunas - very clean. Be sure to reserve your sauna time for a nice private experience. Rooms are simple and clean. Parking is safe. Had the fish for dinner it was perfectly cooked. Can’t say enough about the staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant.

We didn’t stay here but it looks super nice, peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. We had issues with the bus (because of BusBud!) and the man at reception was very nice and helpful, and thanks to him we found and got our bus (wouldn’t have otherwise) thank you again!!!
