We had a fantastic stay - the location is excellent, with ample parking and easy access to everything in town. It served as the perfect base for our trips into Torres del Paine National Park. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. The bathroom and shower were clean and in good condition. A special highlight was the takeaway breakfast — easily the best we’ve ever had, thoughtfully prepared and perfect for hiking. The staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful including serving breakfast early when we had early pick ups for our tours. Restaurants are not too far away. It’s pretty new so everything is in great condition. King sized bed is a huge plus. Plugs are easily accessible. Showers are very nice with easily controlled temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent facility + amenities…clean, new, very well-maintained, ample parking. Excellent service…friendly + helpful staff, great breakfast. Super convenient location …being just few blocks from main town makes access and parking very easy, great view of the harbor from rooms, easy + pleasant walk along water + to food/shopping.

I really dont know why this hotel is rated 2 stars? The hotel was the best we stayed in during our 3.5 weeks in Chile/Argentina. Great staff who went out of their way, super clean rooms - like spotlessly clean, comfy beds and crisp sheets, nice breakfast with lots of fruit, eggs cooked on request. Nothing to fault whatsoever! Thanks!!
