Camp began to express the type of hospitality. We received at this property. It is a resort. It is definitely directly on the beach. The food there was decent, not great. Could be better because their chef had a horrible attitude. And served us bad food on the night staff. However the manger of the restaurant, who is from Greece? And she had a beautiful shirt on that had a print. That was by Picasso, we absolutely adored her. She took care of the issue. We had the night before for food. She made sure we left smiling. The front desk was absolutely stellar. I think the front guy's name was Hernan. He was very professional. He was extremely supportive at hospitable, and most importantly, he spoke english and made sure that we were able to receive all of the things we needed in order to make our stay great! Out of all, the novo tells i've ever stayed at this one definitely was the best globally! I would highly recommend you stay there. Ask for hernan, and if you eat anything at the restaurant, try a hamburger. I would stay away from the octopus at night at all costs. Day staff in the kitchen was better.The breakfast was very continental-ish, but ultimately, the stay was great.I would

Nice modern hotel right on the beach in Arica. Friendly front desk staff. Easy walking to excellent restaurants and a large shopping mall. Solid breakfast. Short taxi ride from the airport.

I stayed with my dog for a few nights. I was worried about the availability of grass near the hotel but there was plenty out front and across the street along the beach. All the workers were very helpful and nice. They loved my dog and she loved the attention.
