Dentistas muy amables y excelentes profesionales. Pero....... La parte administrativa es horrible, aparte que cambiaron los métodos de pagos, 6 años estuvo mi hijo en tratamiento y su dentadura quedo maravillosa, quise llevar a mi hija menor para seguir con ellos, pero, Cómo cambiaron los métodos de pagos me iré a otro lugar

Mi experiencia en IOT Centro Odontológico Integral lamentablemente fue muy negativa. Durante aproximadamente 2 años, mi hija realizó un tratamiento de ortodoncia (brackets) en este centro, el cual no cumplió con los resultados esperados. Hoy nos vemos en la obligación de comenzar nuevamente el tratamiento con otro profesional, lo que refleja claramente una deficiencia en el trabajo realizado. Además del alto costo económico que implica un tratamiento de este tipo, existe un desgaste emocional importante y una pérdida de tiempo que nadie compensa. Por otra parte, la atención fue muy poco profesional: constantes retrasos en las horas agendadas, falta de organización y una preocupante falta de empatía tanto por parte del profesional como del personal administrativo. Como pacientes, uno espera no solo resultados adecuados, sino también un trato respetuoso y responsable, lo cual en este caso no se cumplió. Dejo esta reseña con el fin de que otras personas puedan informarse antes de tomar la decisión de atenderse en este lugar.

Maravillosooo!! Cirugía sin dolor, todo muy cuidadosos, preocupados tanto el Dr Lozano como Gaby su asistente. Sin duda 500% recomendable la Cirugia. Ahora vamos a esperar por una igual excelente recuperacion.

El mejor centro dental que he visitado! La atención excelente, las tecnologías que tienen, es súper moderno, los profesionales un 7 y el Dr. Batarce me explicó con lujo detalle todos los procedimientos, por lo que no tuve miedo y deposité toda mi confianza. Agradecida 100% de todos sus servicios. Felicitaciones!
