Friendly host and clean, modern rooms, inspite of exterior look. Restaurant next door provides great food. Not accessible for handicap.

We had a great meal here. It wasn’t crowed when we arrived. We were seated quickly, we knew what we wanted, and it didn’t take long to get drinks and a little bit of bread with dips. We wanted lamb and it didn’t disappoint. Expertly roasted and served very hot, as it should be. It came with potatoes and a small salad. The mojito, pisco sour and calafate sour were great. The wine we picked was excellent. No room for dessert after that! By the time we left the place was full, with small tables for one or two, to large groups.

So good I went back the next day. The Austral Salmon with lemon risotto is absolutely unbelievable, probably the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The orange crème brûlée was also incredible, better than the coffee crème brûlée in my opinion but both were amazing. Servers were very kind, attentive, and friendly. I only wish I had discovered this place earlier into my trip here!!! Really fantastic!!!

Worst dining experience in Puerto Natales. We waited 1.5 hours for our food despite the restaurant not being busy. The lamb was ok but the short ribs were nearly inedible. Service was disappointing - the servers showed little interest in us throughout the meal but at the end asked for a higher tip, claiming it was “required by law in Chile” which is misleading. Overall very poor value and experience. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Five stars. We finished our evening with two desserts that tasted homemade and hit the right balance of flavors. The cocktail list offered a great selection of drinks and cocktails, and the ones we tried were inventive and well mixed. Our server checked in when needed and was genuinely friendly. We’ll return for the drinks and sweets. This is a strong choice! The steaks other tables ordered looked outstanding.
