Pésima experiencia. Refieren un horario, sin embargo, lo cambian a su antojo sin avisar a nadie. NO VAYAN EN LA TARDE PREVIO A UN FIN DE SEMANA LARGO porque cierran temprano. El horario publicado no es el real. Asistí el día viernes en la tarde ya que debía firmar una escritura, realizando todo tipo de cambios para ir en ese horario por mi trabajo y todo en vano. MAL

Se demoran en responder los teléfonos una eternidad, y cuando logras ser atendido son déspotas y desagradables (la persona que me atendió se despidió con un "ya, chao"). Voy solo porque el banco me dejó un documento con ellos para que lo firme. Pésima atención.

Creo que por lo visto los que opinan positivo o son amigos/parientes??? o empleados de la Notaria para permitir balancear de alguna manera la realidad, que no es otra que como en la mayoría y esta parece llevar la guardarla de lo malo en atención y servicio, y con mucha razón es que el personal de esta como de muchas están "entrenados" en trato frío y poco atento y cordial. No sabren que comen gracias a que nosotros existimos.

Pésima atención. Es increíble. Primero contestan el teléfono diciendo que que están en hora de colación (de manera poco amigable), para qué contestan?. Después de la hora de colación resuelven y cortan sin siquiera despedirse. No tienen servicio de pago de con tarjeta.

Atención poco personal... no atienden los telefonos. Me habían dejado 2 teléfonos personales para llamar, los cuales llamé 20 veces en la mañana y nunca me comuniqué. Al firmar una escritura ( la cual estaba vista en borrador el día anterior en mi casa), tenía miles de errores en cuanto a los números, los cuales atribuyen al computador . Malito... me demoré más de una hora para algo de 10 minutos👎👎👎
