Se pidió una torta y prepararon otra, precios altos y discordantes con la información, no tiene el mismo teléfono que en Google… pésimo servicio en general

La atención es muy mala. Entre al local y habian 3 personas y dos conversando atrás de vitrina. No habían más clientes y no querían atenderme aun cuando les hable e hice señas para comprar. Pregunte sobre los ingredientes de una torta y el precio y tenían 0 intención de vender. Lo único que me dijo la mujer del mesón al final fue si iba " a comprar algo o no" de muy mala gana super indiferente mientras se dirigía hablar con su compañera de nuevo❌️ He comprado varias veces ahí pero últimamente salen añejos,deja mucho que hablar esta pasteleria en cuando a ambiente y calidad de productos que venden.

Hoy fui comprar unos pasteles como cada mes nos damos un gustito, pero l niña que nos atendió super pesada para atender yo la salude no contesto le pregunte por la torta pitufa y unos pasteles enojada contestaba los precios, me quedé con un momento desagradable por la mala atención pague y fui a buscar los pasteles que compre le pregunte si ya estaban listos despues de un rato me señaló con la mano que estaban en la vitrina no me los dio ni agradeció, para no volver nunca más lastima porque sus pasteles y tortas son exquisitas. Si no quieren atender a público deberían buscar otra pega.

Mala experiencia. Compre pasteles y ambos venían malos. Se veían bien en vitrina, pero al llegar asquerosos. Llame para reclamar y envié reclamo digital. Me respondieron de otra sucursal sin siquiera ofrecer disculpas. No recomiendo
