Pedimos: de entrada un tartar de atún, (suave, delicioso).. De fondo un lomo, con risotto de setas, asado de tira, con puré de queso azul; Ambos platos estaban maravillosos, De postre suspiro limeño, muy fresco, dulzor perfecto. Daniel quien nos atendió un 10.

A pasos de nuevos locales comerciales, la comida es bastante buena, la atención muy amena, el tártaro de atun es muy recomendable, tienen gran variedad de vinos y los mejores cortes de carnes. Mote al pesto como acompañamiento bastante bueno. Los jugos son de tamaño moderado y los postres están bien, no hemos tenido nunca problemas, muy recomendable. En cuanto a precio calidad, en carnes se esperaría tal vez un poco mas en el tamaño de los cortes. En general reconendable.

Fui a celebrar mi titulación junto a mis padres y mi pareja, la atención al igual que los tiempos de espera son muy buenos, la comida muy rica y precios acorde a la calidad que ofrecen. El lugar también es muy bonito.

Extraordinario lugar y propuesta gastronómica. Carta reducida pero muy interesante. Es mi primera visita. Luego de 4hrs de viaje desde Santiago. Probé el ciervo con risotto, jugoso y delicioso. El tiramisú deconstruido de buena presentación, pero no lo disfrute tanto. Lo negativo: una oferta muy pobre en vinos por copas, solo dos vinos baratos y dos cepas básicas (la región es lider hoy en viñas emergentes, debería aporvecharse esa riqueza)... Recomiendo agregar opciones premium de la región (gran reserva y cepas nuevas como carignan y petit verdot), Las Veletas es un buen ejemplo. Resumen: ambiente moderno y cálido. Carta con carnes premium (choice USA y buenas carnes del sur), buenos tragos, pocas opciones de postres. Plato de fondo, copa vino, postre y cafe; 30 mil. Las carnes premium entre 20mil a 26mil.

Ambience was nice... And food quality was ok. The tomahawk could have been better though.
