UPDATE: FALSE ACCUSATION FROM A “CHEF” WHO DOESN’T EVEN KNOW WHO HE’S REPLYING TO: We didn’t speak to anyone about the group of three, nor about their nationality. Instead of arguing with reviews, focus on cooking faster and better — MasterChef. P.s why you didn't ask us to leave? Need money? Terrible experience! After a day of hiking, we just wanted a good meal in a quiet place, but everything turned into a nightmare. The brochure mentions a long wait, which is fine—but the waiting time was excessive for everything: taking the order, bringing drinks, even bringing bread (just 4 small pieces) during a one-hour wait. All restaurants cook food fresh, not just you. Meanwhile, after waiting an hour, we lost our appetite and became extremely tired. The seafood empanadas were basically just mussels. The ceviche was very good ( I reccomend the classic one ), all the other options on the menu, are not worth it. The salmon and its seasoning were excellent. The soup was terrible: too many mussels, with rice and potatoes that didn’t make sense together. We asked for no cilantro, but it came with cilantro anyway—what are you supposed to do, wait another hour for a replacement? The worst

Very terrible experience, the paella is too salty to eat, the chef came and ask how was it, we said it’s salty not eatable, she just smile and said ok and left. This dish costs 100+ euro for two people, definitely not worth it, if you’re here to try paella, run. ————— They recommend me with lie instead of humble. A female chef came out and asked us if everything is ok, my boyfriend said it’s salty in Spanish. And later when we ask the bill, I told the waitress again it’s too salty, she also said nothing. Or they were not communicate at all, or they lied. I don’t like this attitude. And told the guest ask no salt next is very rude, instead of apologies or caring, they just hold their crown and pride, blaming guests for the bad food experience . And we are not coming back again, also don’t suggest people who love good food to go. Not only because of the bad food, but also arrogant attitude.

What a lovely family run restaurant! Our favourite place by far at Puerto Natales. The food was phenomenal. The ceviche was to die for, and the paella was simply amazing. The best part was the service. The chef was coming out to ensure everyone was happy and the family atmosphere at the place was so lovely. We also loved the jazz/blues music. Thank you for the amazing night!

By far the best meal in South America, and one of the best meals of my life, and I’ve dined at many of the world’s top restaurants—Central, Maido, Alinea, Charlie Trotter’s, Damon Baehrel, Bernardin, etc. Mind blowing flavors and textures, and very eye-catching presentation to top! Highly recommend the fish of the day (best fish dish ever!), ceviche, and the Calafate and passion fruit pisco sours made from whole fruits. My server Jenifer was a superstar delivering excellent service. Francy made very delicious drinks. Wish I could come again tomorrow before I leave!

This is one of the best meals we’ve had recently! Every single thing we had was so fresh and you could see the attention to detail the chef put into everything they prepared. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had, the ribs were cooked to perfection, and the king crab special was mind-blowing. They also did a great job with both shellfish and dairy allergies in our group, making sure to confirm which dishes were safe.
