Every time I searched for the best restaurants in Puerto Natales, Santolla kept appearing, especially for its king crab, so I decided to go on my first evening in town. It’s a cosy, small, chic restaurant with limited tables, and in the heart of winter it was very quiet since there aren’t many tourists around. The waitress was pleasant, friendly and spoke English, and the space was very clean. I ordered the natural king crab, which was lovely, fresh and beautifully presented—a healthy, light protein meal, perfect since I was trekking the next day and didn’t want anything too heavy. I do agree with other reviewers that it’s very pricey, but it was a treat to myself and I enjoyed it. I was dining solo, but if you’re with others, I’d suggest ordering a few dishes to share so you can try more. Would recommend.

Very nice restaurant and seafood also delicious, we order a crab tapas, three ways scallops and conger eel; they are all very fresh and delicious, the crab tapas is filled with crab meat. Eating them hot will be better them let them cool down, good place to try :)

This was one of the most amazing dining experiences of my entire vacation. The appetizer scallops, and mains of fish and crab were masterfuly prepared and so delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was unique. I only made it a four star because our table was somewhat oddly close to a hostess station.

The food here really is one of the best in our entire trip. Seafood pasta, Chilean seabass, king crab pudding and scallops three ways were exceptional. Everything was cooked just perfectly and the flavour is amazing. It’s a must try!

Being true to its name, just try their santolla from which you will blow your mind. Add their signature ceviche to complete a perfect lunch or dinner in PN. Great music, and even better vibes. Enjoy!
