Una falta de respeto. Mi mamá, una adulta mayor de 88 años debió esperar mas de 90 minutos por su atención médica. y todo por la negligencia de la secretaria del segundo piso

Acabo de llamar, y la operadora no es capaz de entregarme el precio de un examen por teléfono, diciendo que para hacerlo tengo que hacerlo presencialmente siendo solo capaz, según ella solo entregando el código del examen. Ni siquiera imagino como debe ser el trato en la misma clinica, un asco, no lo recomiendo.

No se respeta al paciente. Más de 45 minutos de espera para una atención es realmente increíble... Una falta total de respeto, como si el tiempo propio no valiera nada..

Pésimas Imágenes de la Resonancia Magnética, el Doc Osses de la Clínica los Andes Salud de Pto Montt, dice que el equipo es muy viejo y lo que me molesta es haber gastado para nada , ahora debo gastar de nuevo. Nadie me advirtió que no serían tan legibles , es mejor pagar un poco más y asegurarse de los resultados. La atención perfecta muy amables y educadas todas.
