Good food, good vibes, and good service. What more could you want from a restaurant. I had a lovely time there today. The steak felt like it was more than 250gm and they gave me a whole bucket of fries! The restaurant was very spacious and the view of the museum and the park is also very nice. Even in a cold weather it didn’t feel too cold because of the heating system. They have ice cream a bar and even breakfast meals. Absolutely enjoyed it! (The only thing that I felt like it lacked was I asked them to cook my meat 3/4 but it was more like a well done.

I usually don't give one star reviews. But this place was listed at a 5 star, and it should be at most a 2 and a 1 star. The service was subpar. I've had better service at McDonald's. The food that came out my wife and I ordered 2 salads. She ordered some type of beef bourgeone and I ordered gnocchi with no cheese. Apparently, this was too big of an issue.They cannot figure out how to make nokia with no pesto, so then I asked him to make risotto with no cheese, that was a problem.But they said they would do it, my wife's meal came out before her salad.My salad came out with no salad.Dressing had to order it twice, took about fifteen minutes.Finally came and of course, they brought out nokia with cheese.So then I asked him to make risotto with no cheese, therefore never came out. My wife finished eating her meal. I finished eating my salad and my ratatouille and we asked for the check. Hands down the worst service we've ever got at a so-called 5 star restaurant total meal came out to about $50 US no, it was not worth the experience. No, I won't be back no. They do not know how to serve restaurants like they do in France. I've been to several restaurants in France is supposed to come

This place was a gem in the middle of downtown Santiago. Close to Cerro Santa Lucía and Arts Museum the building is beautiful with the second level patio looking at a park providing a very serene experience. My boyfriend is a smoker and lucky for him each level had a dedicated smoking area. Food was excellent and cocktails top notch! Service wise I gave it a 4 stars not because of the servers but because of the very dismissive and condescending management attitude. When we got there around 8 pm place was empty we were asked if we had a reservation we said no. The person was holding a clipboard and was dressed business casual definitely in charge of yhe place. He was not helpful and just left us standing there and walked away we were confused as we were communicating in fluent spanish … after a few minutes I just asked another person just standing there and he was s bit better and we proceded to go up the second floor. Again first floor entrance was empty no customers. Our servers were excellent and the lady by the dessert area super friendly.

I walked in there was no wait. Limited brunch menu, but the food was delicious. I would recommend coming for dinner.

Enjoyed lunch today; Pumpkin soup served steaming hot topped with pumpkin seeds, fresh fish pan fried, the fish was perfectly cooked flaky with a crisp skin, served with a butter based sauce which I used on the potatoes which were mashed and seasoned well even without the sauce. Accompanied with vegetable strips of steamed carrots and zucchin. Desert was fresh fruit with whipped cream similar to mousse. Throughout the meal live piano played a medley of wonderful styles. The food was delicious! BTW there's also several baked goods should you like to take a treat or two home.
