I asked to modify my fish and chips order because I’m allergic to tartar sauce. It seemed like a simple request, but the server said no, explaining: “Someone has to pay for those fries I brought. If you don’t, I’ll have to cover it.” Apparently the owner would charge the server for the change. The portion was small, and the price definitely does not match the quality. When I left this review, the owner replied that the video I posted is fake. That’s a lie – I was there yesterday and took the video myself. Horrible service, and I feel sorry for the staff. I will not be bullied or called a liar. Never coming back!

I visited here as a solo traveller. I arrived at 1215 just after it was opened, the only place to sit was on the rooftop bar. Initial service for beer was good and very well priced. I ordered a burger and despite being one of only two there, it took over 45 minutes to arrive. The quality and serving size was decent. I would go back again.

Tried twice here, the food is super amazing and affordable. Staff like Barbara and Zoralis are very friendly and humorous even though I don’t speak Spanish. She recommended me a nice fruity cocktail and we chatted a bit and had lots of fun. Will definitely come again if I visit Santiago again!

If you’re looking for a proper British-themed pub with great food, drinks, and atmosphere, this place delivers. The vibe feels authentic without trying too hard. Cozy, lively, and perfect for a relaxed meal or a long evening. What to order The fish and chips are a must. Crispy batter, flaky fish, and proper portions. One of the best I’ve had outside the UK. The bangers and mash are another standout. Comfort food done right, rich gravy, and well seasoned sausages. Their burgers are solid and filling, and the fries pair perfectly with a pint. For drinks, the beer selection is excellent, especially if you enjoy classic ales or a good stout. Service Huge shoutout to Janie, our waitress. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. She made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and added to the overall experience without being intrusive. Service like that makes you want to come back. Red Pub is a great spot whether you’re craving British comfort food, watching a match, or just enjoying a casual night out. Highly recommended
